Internet speed running under 1mbs

Hi

Is there an outage or issue with the rutherford n.s.w area? I'm currently experiencing very diminished internet speeds. My home network is running at 100gbs, my modem diagnostics are reading fantastic as well as networks. I'm struggling at this point to work from home and I really need speeds faster than 0.89 down and 1.3 up.

Hi @glazov69, you can check for outages and planned maintenance here. 

You may try resetting your modem (and NTD if you one). If same thing, send us a private message with your customer ID so we can run some line tests.
