Internet unstable - NBN

Hi. We’re having issues with unstable NBN access. We have recently upgraded our speed but internet access appears to drop out altogether frequently throughout the day. I use videoconferencing for work and it’s unusable at the moment due to instability. Any advice? Thanks!
