I changed my plan online, money already has been taken out of my bank account but I still can’t connect to the internet. The modem has the lights all on, not flickering like they usually do. I’ve also tried 192.168.1.1 cant connect to it. Plz some one help.

Are you ADSL or NBN? Either way, turn the router off for 30 seconds, then back on. Do the lights look any better? You should get an ADSL light OR a DSL/Internet light.

Regarding the 192.168.1.1, this is the address you would put into your browser to connect to the router's web  server to configure it or monitor it. If you are familiar with it, there might be some useful info in it.
