Issue setting up an TPG email account on my Oppo Reno Z

After 3 hours of trying I cant setup email using our TPG account on my wifes OPPO Reno Z, why?

I can setup Google and Gmail. I cant even setup in exchange?

Sorry to learn that you are having trouble in setting up your email. Were you trying to set up the main TPG email or the slave email address? 

Are you getting any error? I would recommend to thoroughly check the password as there instances that the main TPG email or slave email address passwords can different.
