Keep getting Error Code 84700

When setting up the Parental Controls, when i click "Save" after inputting everything in, a pop-up with Error Code 84700 comes up. It says, " Description cannot be blank or contain characters " \ / : * ? < > &.

But in the Description I typed "nointernet".

How can I set it up??

I presume you used the double quotation mark in your post to delineate the text string you used for description. The double quotation mark is not a valid character.

Else, maybe upload a picture of that error screen.

There's no other occurrences in community.

I get the same too when i try to put an ipad on parental control. It wont let me leave it blank or type anything. Heres a photo below.
