LAN PORTS NOT WORKING MODEM REPLACEMENT

I know its been a while, I posted this complaint earlier this year but I still need a resolution.

I have extra devices that I need to plug into Lan Ports 3 and 4 that dont work

If it cant be fixed, what is the best TPG supported modem replacement?
