The mac address of the computer used before doesn't show up here. Still looks like the ethernet part is broken.
I expected there to be a bit more of the log, like the internet part, even though that isn't the problem, but I've not seen an nbn activity log.
I tried to attach a file on my Android tablet. Tap Choose File gives a file type selection, document in this case, then a window of directories and files, then tap the log file.
Just repeating from above:
You may have to persist with online chat in order to get the router replaced.
