Land Line Not working

Hi TPG Team,

Have a problem with my NBN configuration

Modem:archer vr1600v

We got Modem from another TPG user.

Internet working 110%, but land line not working.

Out bound calls cannot be made, there is a ring at beginning, but does not dial number or connects.

When calling inbound, operator just returns message, "cannot be connected at this time"

Have included a snapshot of PHONE details as per "Basic" - Network Map - Phone at modem login:

Your help will be fully appreciated ASAP

Hi @tovarwal, what happened to your TPG supplied modem? Using another modem won't work as your phone service is configured with your hardware details.
