I recently moved to a new property, I requested to move my tpg connection to the new location. The landline is working however there is no internet yet. Could you please advise what is the issue?
The online status page is also not updated since last 5 days.

We're able to locate your account using your community details and ran initial test. It shows a possible line fault causing the internet not to work.

Based on the recent update on this case, the issue has now been escalated to our Engineering Team for further investigation. An assessment will be done and update will be provided in the next 24hrs.
A technician has also been requested to visit between now until 16 Feb 2019 and your attendance is not really required.
