I upgraded my account from NBN 12 to NBN 100 as I work remotely now.
Since making the upgrade, I haven't noticed any improvement in my upload speed.
It is having a very negative impact in my work as it can take over an hour to upload files to colleagues.

We've gone ahead and tested the line, but was not able to detect any fault within the NBN network.
This has been raised to our Tech team and a case manager will be in touch with you tonight to further check the case.
