Lightning crashed NBN box

A lightning strike crashed my NBN box yesterday and now it has a red light and constantly clicking. Been waiting on the phone with TPG for an hour and not getting through. Tried resetting both the NBN box and modem but still no good. Any ideas on how to fix?

If you are still getting a red light on it, then it is possible that it's already faulty.
