We ahad some line issues so TPG changed our Line profile which reduced our NBN speeds.


The line issues have been sorted, but after contacting TPG multiple times to get the faster Line Profile reinstated has fallen on deaf ears.


How can I push for TPG to change our Line Profile back ?

I was able to pull up your account using your Community details and seen that you were experiencing intermittent connection issues before that's why it was changed to be stable. As you claim that the issue is already resolved. I will change the profile back the way it was. The service will refresh and will be back after a few minutes.
