Line Rate - both downstream and upstream are slow

Here is the info from my modem. I'm less than 300 meters (cable) from the DSLAM.

According to the TPG DSLAMs map I'm supposed to be getting around: 15000Kbps to 18000Kbps

Hi @moshab,

 

Thanks for sending me your details. We ran initial test to the service it shows that there has been an improvement with the line connection (currently getting 23-24Mbps Sync Speed) for the last 23h 32m.

 

We recommend to run a speed test (www.speedtest.net) and post the test result on this thread. Let us know should you require further assistance.
