Location thinks i'm in SA not Victoria

Hi all,

I am based in Ballarat, Victoria, however 9/10 times my location thinks that I am in South Australia.

E.G, when I ask my google home what the weather is, most of the time it tells me suburbs in South Australia. I am also unable to watch things like 7PLUS Live due to the location.

How can this be fixed? It's very frustrating and i'm considering leaving TPG if this can't be fixed. Customer for 8+ years.
