Login to app fail

Can't login to mobile app or pc contacted tpg by phone they don't know what the problem is any ideas ?

We're sorry to learn about your self service experience. What error did you encounter when logging in through the phone app and web browser? Have you also tried on different web browsers? What type of service do you have with us?
