Lost Internet connection after turning off power

We have an Archer VR1600v modem router which was working fine. We turned it off to move it out of the way while we put in new furniture, and then put it back in the same place and turned it back on. Now it registers 5G and our devices are all connected, but it does not connect to the Internet. We have tried turning it off and on again and keep getting the same result.

How do we get our Internet connection back? Everything is plugged in exactly where it was before and it was working fine then. What has gone wrong?

It seems that the modem just needs some time to authenticate with the NBN server.
