My TPG nbn lost internet since yesterday. Nothing has changed after several times resetting, the problem is still persisting. The red light has been flashing with a clicking sound on the modem. I have lodged a faulty report to TPG through my TPG app and never receive a call back. I have tried several times to call TPG’s technical support number today and I never got a response. I have been waiting over half hour for some calls. Is there any help that I can get with this issue here?
