Low FTTN Speeds on 50/20 plan

Hello

I'm on FTTN 50/20 plan. But I never achieve more than 33Mbps down.

VDSL2 stats

Current Rate (kbps)	11700	43586
Max Rate (kbps)	11700	44266
SNR Margin (dB)	6.9	6
Line Attenuation (dB)	47.5	20.3
Errors (pkts)	0	89

I'm using a TP-link VX420-G2h as provided.

Any ideas what is going on? Its been like this for a while but I've only just had time to look into it. I understand that I won't get 50Mbps but surely 40-43Mbps is reasonable?

Hi @pertuan, for FTTN/FTTB/FTTC connections, we normally send emails with the maximum attainable speeds a few weeks after activation. We're keen to take a closer look at your connection and make sure you're getting the most out of your service.
