Low NBN upload speed

The place I'm at is with TPG and is getting 50Mbps download which I assume means it is on the NBN50 plan but only gets 1Mbps upload speed max instead of the 20Mbps which needs to be fixed if this is the case. I would check what plan it is on myself but I don't know the password to the account.

The TPG plan NBN 50 is configured on the nbn50 Wholesale Plan tier that has 1 to 20Mbps upload speed.

Really @Ahra_G . We could have saved 50 billion dollars and stayed on ADSL.
