Low speed Home Wireless

I am a 4G home broadband user. The Internet speed has been slow in recent days.
I tried to unplugged and change to another place but it doesn’t work. The modem stays 1 or 2 green lights, but the network speed is still slow. I can’t use the internet at all and now only use my mobile data.
