Mail Chimp emails not received

My company sends out information to Shareholders by email using MailChimp. 

We have now heard from two separate Shareholders who say that they have not received any email communications from us for about four years.  Both these people have email addresses, so I suspect that something might have changed in TPG's spam filter at that time which now blocks our MailChimp emails.  

What instructions can I give those Shareholders about how to stop our MailChimp emails being blocked?

It's possible that TPG mail server have recognize the mailchimp as spam.

Have they check their spam folder?
