My NBN is now dropping out with increased frequency sometimes multiple times a day!, never had this issue with my ADSL. What up with this?

What exactly do you mean by increased frequency?
And did you notice the lights on your modem when the service drops?

Yes' the DSL and Internet lights go out, It used to happen periodically it now happens multiple times a day some days!

I've managed to locate your account and have ran multiple tests. The results showed no evident line fault though I have noticed some drop outs on the connection.
