Hello,
I run a small mail server and my users are getting blocked by your mail servers asav.tpg.com.au and asav.internode.on.net.
: host asav.internode.on.net[27.32.32.3] said: 554 Your
access to this mail system has been rejected due to poor reputation of a
domain used in message transfer (in reply to end of DATA command)
Reporting-MTA: dns; signy.excess.net.au

I have checked and confirmed that my mail server is NOT on any of the popular public IP blacklists. I also cannot contact your postmaster email address to report this issue.
Can you please either rectify this issue, or explain to me what the actual cause of this block is and what is needed to get removed from it?

If you have a sample TPG email address, please send it via PM and we'd be glad to raise it to our PostMaster for checking. Also, are you getting errors for both incoming/outgoing emails?
