Mail delivery subsystem email not going through

Hello, the last 2 weeks I have intermittently been unable to send any emails. Once I change my tpg password it seems to work again. I attached screenshots of the message I receive. I am unsure what is going on. Thanks

Hi @xiantia . The mail server has accepted your email and is trying to send it but is getting some error, but keeps on trying.

Send an email to postmaster@tpg.com.au with the two pictures, include subject and recipient.

And any other examples.
