Get online support
My modem sync speed has gradually dropped from 49Mbps to 22Mbps over the last 11 months.
I have tried other phone cables, rebooted modem a lot, shut down modem for 60”, reset modem to factory settings.
tp-link archer VR1600v web manager shows the current downstream rate is 23850.
The modem takes a long time to connect the DSL. Several minutes or more.
A Telstra tech suggested there might be trouble with the line and to get TPG to get it checked.
Who do I contact to get my line checked?
