No Service Connection

Hi,

 

I've connected up to a TPG plan and received the modem, it's all connected up. However, it has been about 5 days and my service has not been connected. I was told it would be connected in 24-48 hours. I can't contact through phone (waiting for 4 hours no answer), anyone else had this same issue and can help?

 

Very quick to sign me up to the plan but haven't delivered on the service.

Hi ayem37659,

 

Did you received the SMS or call about your installation process?.

It can gave you an estimate timeframe for install.

You can also check it out on your online account. as service status
