Modem connection

Earlier I have taken internet from tpg along with modem, now after I returned back from vacation I have taken internet NBN connection from clickbroadband on the above said modem . Internet is not enabled through this modem even my NBN is activated . Pls support

Hi @Radhikav ,

Just to clear up, you had a TPG modem and connection with TPG and now you have gone to another NBN provider for the NBN.

You will need to contact them for help  putting in the username and password into the modem if compatible.
