Modem has not been delivered yet

Hi,

Could some one please help me to check as today the modem has been delivered yet? I checked the status link from startrack, it said At Delivery Depot and the ETA time is 8 of September.

I suggest to contact startrack to check the status of the equipment you may call at 132345.

@Shane: today is weekend so their customer service is closed.

Is there anyway to speed up the delivery as I don’t have the internet for 1 week already ?

I've since checked the delivery status on Startrack's website and it said it's on its way. 

 

Due to the lockdown situation, delays may be experienced. 

 

I've since sent you the consignment number via PM.
