Modem not delivered

Slack service.. ordered new modem 18/10/21. Have rung everyday and this morning. Still not dispatched. Got message Thursday 21st saying I needed to update my card details, which I did immediately. Now get told this morning it takes up to 3 days to update in the system. So old story, will make it a priority and someone will contact me.

Posted this complaint on Saturday 23rd, got an email stating someone would call me that day, it's Monday 25th and still no call.
