Modem reconfiguration

I am not currently in contract with TPG, can I reconfigure my TPG supplied modem to work with another provider, or do I have to call you

Hi @riamisch ,

You can use TPG's supplied modem to a different provider but you have to update the modem's settings required by the new ISP. You need to contact your ISP support for assistance.

Hi @riamisch . Likely, the VOIP function in the router won't work with new provider. You might not be able to update the firmware. The backup/restore of settings might not be available.
