My modem is tp link Archer C20, os this midem too old for current TPG high speed modem requirements?

Based on it's WiFi speed specification, it supports 2.4 GHz: 300 Mbps (802.11n) and 5 GHz: 433 Mbps (802.11ac) speed.

So this device might be able to support the TPG High speed plans.

It has a 10/100 Mbps WAN port. I'd say it won't support speeds over NBN100. 

Modern routers have a 1 Gbps WAN port.
