Moved in, but no nbn

I have moved in a new address

TPG was informed of this 2 weeks ago

They said it already has an active line and all I need to do is to prove that I reside here

Then proof of occupancy has been sent via email as requested by the TPG customer service

But still no nbn connection

What do I do now?
