I have moved in a new address TPG was informed of this 2 weeks ago They said it already has an active line and all I need to do is to prove that I reside here Then proof of occupancy has been sent via email as requested by the TPG customer service But still no nbn connection What do I do now?

I have got a message from TPG saying the issue is resolved and found it is back on Yay!!! However, a technician is supposed to visit on Thursday this week and I do not know how to contact them Would you be able to cancel the appointment with the technician please? Cheers

No NBN internet connection since last night On the nbn box, connection light is solid, but DSL light is out On the TPG modem, WAN light is solid , but internet light is out I have checked with NBN and TPG for possible outages - nothing listed Glen Eden, QLD 4680 I have tried to call tech support line but wasn’t able to get through Any help would be appreciated

I got an nbn box and a router today and have been trying to connect the nbn box first as per the manual but the DSL light and the connection light have been flashing for hours I have reset it multiple times, but did not work Then tried other wall phone sockets, but did not work either Do I have to do something else? Or should I leave the nbn box turned on longer?
