Moving Home NBN transfer error

Having trouble moving NBN service

 

1. Online form returns error We apologise for the inconvenience caused. Please contact TPG Customer Service on 13 14 23 for further assistance. When contacting TPG, please quote this error code: < E:adsl_comm:thread_exists >

 

2. Phone TPG Phone recording informs me that TPG is too busy and cannot answer my call. Been trying for 9hr today.

 

3. The website says too busy to do online chat.

 

I'm already in my new house can I please get some assistance in relocating my services.
