Moving Home urgent

Hi 

I am Sabu Sebastian

I couldn't contact TPG customer service for the last one month. I tried to contact the sales team  and told them about my concern and they tries to transfer the call. The  line going off everytime. I am moving home on 7th MAy 2020. I wanted the services to be connected  to the new address. I did the online moving and the

moving home online service gets stuck at step 2
 
asking for plan# asking us a ring a number which never gets answered. I am on NBN50 plan already.
