NBN Activation not happening and it pass 15days already

Hi,
I have received both my Modem and NCD but my service isn’t active yet and it’s been more than 15days now!
I haven’t received any text message or email from you for any updates. I’ve been emailing you but I got no reply also tried to reach you through phone but no one’s answering.

Please look into this ASAP as we really need the internet to be connected urgently!
