I am also having the same issue, moving home request submitted start of April and NBN still hasn’t been installed.

Trying to contact TPG is a serious WASTE OF TIME!! I have literally been on the phone for 30 hours (29 hours On hold!!) over the past 3 days and still no one is able to tell me what is happening with my installation!! The service team is telling me the case team is dealing with it and the case team is telling me the care team is dealing with it.

Losing all hope of having this resolved

Hi,

I tried using the Moving Home option in my account details but it doesn't work. I've emailed relocation@tpg.com.au and sent a private message. Would like to know what are the next steps. Thanks.
