Hi,
I called tpg moving home team last friday december 17, 2021 and was advised it will be activated on the same day by afternoon. we moved to the new location and setup the modem by night time and it's not working. i called tpg and they said it is still pending. it's 3rd day now and still no internet. the service is still active in the old address. Please help.
