I have been trying to contact chat support since past week but to no avail.
I am moving to new address and want my existing TPG ADSL connection to upgrade to NBN50 at the new address.
I tried using move option in my account but it is ending with following error everytime:
"When contacting TPG, please quote this error code: < E:sqcsp:fail >"
If you could not resolve this asap, please cancel my existing connection asap.
