I moved in to my new address on 02/04/2020.I submitted Moving home request through page.No action till now from TPG.No response from customer care.I am helpless. I found a request of POR was sent to a different email.

it is being really hard to hear back from TPG, I was happy with the services but this time is crazy.
I will send my phone number in a PM to make sure they have my correct number as they send the POR request to a different email address.
My issue is not solved, no call or email received
