Moving home

Hi we have moved home recently. We have taken the router that we used in our previous home. Our new home has two nbn devices (one is probably the battery) but no idea where is nbn connection is coming from.

Also, we have not given a move home request. I tried online chat and its confusing. They keep transferring me to different departments.

I would like to have proper internet at our home asap as we are students and have to attend online classes every other day.
