I had moved home 10 th September to 118a kelvinside road still I am not able to connect nbn here. So can anyone help me to connect nbn Asap to my new address please?

I've managed to locate your account and have seen that your service is for remote activation. 

 

If you have both the modem and the NBN NTD, please ensure that they are set up properly.

Nonetheless, I have since informed our Provisioning Team to contact you and check the status of the installation.
