I am a current TPG customer using NBN50 plan, I am moving house in 2 weeks and need to organise NBN connection at my new address plus disconnect service from my current address.
I was advised to use online to apply for moving home. I check the process and looks like it might disconnect the service from my current place once I submit. I only wish to connect the service at the new place on 7th April and disconnect at the current place.
Can you please help?
