Hi TPG I am having the same issue. My ssh connections are not stable whenever I am connected to TPG. It started having the issue after TPG made the changes to the superfast. (dont get me wrong I do enjoy superfast nbn) My ssh connection is really unstable and unusable without having IPQoS setting in my ssh config. Can you fix it up at your end, please? Before you ask me to perform any other tasks.. I have done the following. - connect laptop to the router by wire - restarted router, restarted modem

Here I am at 11:50pm, non peak hour I am only getting 12.3Mbps download and 2.69 Mbps upload, connecting laptop to the router with ethernet cat 6e cable, on NBN 100 plan. What's going on !!

I am a current TPG customer using NBN50 plan, I am moving house in 2 weeks and need to organise NBN connection at my new address plus disconnect service from my current address. I was advised to use online to apply for moving home. I check the process and looks like it might disconnect the service from my current place once I submit. I only wish to connect the service at the new place on 7th April and disconnect at the current place. Can you please help?

Hi Luis Thanks for getting back to me. Yep, I have done the speed test using a wired ethernet cable (Cat 6e) connect between the router to my pc. The speed was slow at 20-25Mbps during the day and only sometimes I can get 40Mbps. The upload speed is also quite slow from 1-3Mbps. Thanks.

Hi TPG I have been checking speedtest on my NBN50 plan since I signed up TPG at my address. Regardless of which time of the day - peak or offpeak, I am not getting anywhere near the advertised typical evening speed of 45.6Mbps on NBN50 plan. I usually get around 20-25down/10-14up (Mbps) in the evening with an ethernet connection to the TPG supplied router. Sometimes the connection was 5-15Mbps download during the day. When I do the test, I make sure there is no other device is hogging the bandwidth. Can you check please?

Me too. Same issue. I cannot connect to outlook and I had to tether from my Telstra mobile to get it working. It is not a good thing since our kids are going to learn from home and most of the school has moved to office365 learning platform. This is to be fixed asap and urgently please !
