Get online support
Here I am at 11:50pm, non peak hour
I am only getting 12.3Mbps download and 2.69 Mbps upload, connecting laptop to the router with ethernet cat 6e cable, on NBN 100 plan.
What's going on !!
I have already restarted router, modem and laptop, in case if you'd ask.
