Hey, I was having the same problem. I could use `ssh` with the following option: ` -o IPQoS=0` Looks like there is an issue with this modem in regards to the bandwidth.

I am a current TPG customer using NBN50 plan, I am moving house in 2 weeks and need to organise NBN connection at my new address plus disconnect service from my current address. I was advised to use online to apply for moving home. I check the process and looks like it might disconnect the service from my current place once I submit. I only wish to connect the service at the new place on 7th April and disconnect at the current place. Can you please help?

Hi Luis Thanks for getting back to me. Yep, I have done the speed test using a wired ethernet cable (Cat 6e) connect between the router to my pc. The speed was slow at 20-25Mbps during the day and only sometimes I can get 40Mbps. The upload speed is also quite slow from 1-3Mbps. Thanks.

Thanks for the update, according to Microsoft, you - TPG migth have issues with DNS. https://portal.office.com/servicestatus Quote: Current status: We've completed our investigation with third-party ISPs and have confirmed that impact was caused by a DNS server issue within a subset of their infrastructure. The third-party ISPs have mitigated impact by rerouting traffic to unaffected servers. Our extensive monitoring has confirmed major improvement across Australia region, however out of the abundance of caution, we will continue to monitor the service in case of any residual impact within the next 12 hours. Be nice if TPG update their service status, this is considered as poor form of communicating with our clients.
