Moving house but no updates

Hi

We are moving house in a week and initiated a moving house request via the website, also changing to fttp I think it is, at the new place, it says we’re getting a new modem but cannot confirm whether this will be sent to our old house or new house?

We’ve tried calling numerous times and speak to someone who spends X amount of time verifying us then puts us on hold to accounts who never pick up, we can’t wait on the phone for 45mins for such a simple request. Does anyone have any tips for us?

We only need to ensure the “new” modem is getting sent to the new address but it seems like the hardest thing in the world.
