My Email Does Not Work

Hi there

 

My email account(s) are currently not working. I have not reinstalled any software or changed passwords. I cannot send or receive any email. Neither can I log into postoffice.tpg.com.au. 

 

Please help

I have asked for someone from our support team to investigate your email issue. They will contact you in a little while.

Hi.

 

No one has contacted me about this issue. I have attempted to speak to someone via your "chat support line" but they have disappeared. 

 

I believe someone within TPG has deactivated my email account(s) without my permission. This is not satisfactory. Can someone please help me?
