My email account(s) are currently not working. I have not reinstalled any software or changed passwords. I cannot send or receive any email. Neither can I log into postoffice.tpg.com.au.
No one has contacted me about this issue. I have attempted to speak to someone via your "chat support line" but they have disappeared.
I believe someone within TPG has deactivated my email account(s) without my permission. This is not satisfactory. Can someone please help me?
