My NBN Internet connection usually dropout during the day

Hi there,
My Nbn connection usually dropout during a day and it happens in 2 or 3 days. I have to restart the wifi router and modem. It is really annoy to do that frequently. I feel it is not worth with the money that i paid for the Internet service. Please investigate and solve the issue. Thank you

We ran an initial test to the service it shows no dropout and stable for 1d 20h 19m.
